This package offers visitors a special chance to discover the Okavango Delta’s richness from three different areas. The journey begins in the northern Okavango Panhandle, where Botswana is bordered by the Okavango River. The area provides a unique chance to see the Tsodilo Hills, a UNESCO World Heritage site acknowledged for its cultural significance for Botswana, and take in the deep waters of the Okavango River.
The next destination is a private concession for three nights in the center of the Okavango Delta. Through a variety of activities, such as water-based safaris, mokoro safaris, and guided bush hikes, visitors can experience the beauties of the Okavango Delta.
One of Passion Africa Safaris’ personnel will greet you warmly when you arrive at Maun Airport and help you with your planned light plane transport to Nxamaseri Island Lodge in the Okavango Panhandle. Stay three nights in a cozy cottage with a private patio at Nxamaseri Island Lodge. Nxamaseri Island Lodge gives you the opportunity to explore the Okavango Panhandle’s attractions, including a trip to the Tsodilo Hills, through a range of activities. The lodge provides a range of amenities so you may take the time you need to unwind and take in the stunning surroundings.
Before your light plane trip to Xugana Island Lodge in the Okavango Delta, take part in one more morning activity at Nxamaseri Island Lodge. The following three nights will be spent on Xugana Island, where you will engage in a range of delta-based activities. Most people agree that Xugana Lagoon is the most breathtaking permanent water feature in the whole Okavango Delta. Situated on a forested island that borders the lagoon, Xugana Island Lodge makes the most of this stunning location.
A memorable boat-based transfer will take guests from the private concession of the Okavango Delta to the renowned Moremi Game Reserve for three nights of exceptional game viewing. The Moremi Game Reserve is one of Botswana‘s primary wildlife destinations, making it the perfect end to an exciting Botswana safari. You will spend three nights at Camp Moremi, located within the Xakanaxa region of the Moremi Game Reserve. Camp Moremi has a well-deserved legacy in the Botswana tourism industry for being able to deliver the classic African safari experience.
